Shifts Availability -
- 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM (Guaranteed Hours: 24)
- 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM (Guaranteed Hours: 32)
Required:
- Please wear scrubs to work and be available to work every other weekend.
- Min 1 year of experience as a LPN
- BLS/CPR Certificate (preferred AHA)
- Active LPN License for MA
- 2 Professional Reference (1 must be the supervisor and the other could be the supervisor or co-worker!)
Duties:
- Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
- Administering medication.
- Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
