We are seeking an experienced and personable WOUND-CARE NURSE with LONG-TERM CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team!
**Must have 1-YEAR of WOUND-CARE NURSE experience**
You will be responsible for :
• Evaluating wound-care patients
• Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients
• Managing daily treatment schedules
• Enforcing health and safety regulations
• Solving staffing issues and shortages
• Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on the patient's condition
• Completing admission and discharge forms
• Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed
• Communicating procedural issues with the director and working to correct them
• Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff
Qualifications:

• 1-YEAR+ AS A WOUND-CARE NURSE
• 1-YEAR+ LONG-TERM CARE
• PCC EXPERIENCE
• MATRIX KNOWLEDGE
• Ability to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF, AND FAMILIES
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
