Job summary
The Franchise Business Consultant provides consultation services and support to assigned franchisees in critical outcome areas. They actively seek to establish, train, and develop franchisees in accordance with company policies and standards, creating positive working relationships to promote high franchisee morale and business performance within the assigned region.
You will
- Prepare and complete visitation, virtual training sessions, and area meetings
- Actively support efforts to enhance the franchise/customer experience
- Review franchise operations and provide targeted training for revenue growth and profitability
- Assist with improving owners' skill sets in coaching, mentoring, and management development
- Provide resources to properly train franchise staff and monitor their developmental processes
- Remain current on new technology and maintain franchise feedback
You have
- Minimum of five years as a consultant, partner, or director for a franchise system, or ten years as a successful business owner
- Ability to present and speak professionally to large groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of financial statements
- College degree and/or appropriate work experience
Working conditions
- Must reside in specified states
- Business operations Monday through Friday, with 50% or more expected travel
- Maintain a valid Driver's License and credit card for travel expenses
