Our team operates within an 11-bed Emergency Department, recognized for our chest pain accreditation and Level 4 designation. We cater to patients of all ages presenting a diverse array of medical concerns.

Role Overview
As an RN, you will apply the ANA scope of practice alongside the nursing process framework, ensuring top-quality patient care that prioritizes patient-family centered principles. Your role includes assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and aiding in patient discharge under the guidance of the Nurse Leader. You will engage with patients and families to craft and document a comprehensive plan of care.

Qualifications
- Associates in Nursing Required.
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years.
- Non-accredited nursing school graduates must have at least one year of acute care experience or two years in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 Year.
- NIH Stroke Certification - NIHSS required within 90 days.
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within 2 years.
