Job Description:
Within the H/R Operational Permanent Control (OPC) team, the Operational Risk Analyst works extensively with all clients teams to develop enhance and monitor the H/R control framework. The H/R Operational Risk Analyst will coordinate the deployment, promotes the continuous improvement of H/R controls and monitors their execution. Responsibilities:
· Ensure execution of clients Group H/R control plan, as well as, local controls and waivers
· Monitor the execution on an ongoing basis of all H/R controls identified in the control plan
· Ensure appropriate action plans are developed and implemented to improve processes, prevent operational risk incidents and mitigate the key risks
· Contribute to and enhance the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for H/R, ability to challenge and conduct negotiations with leaders from various functions (Risk, Compliance, TPRM)
· Be exposed to H/R Management and Senior Management for regular presentations on Budget and Controls.
· Assist H/R teams on operational risk matters (audit related queries, etc.).
· Act as primary liaison between H/R and local/global OPC teams.
· Promote best practices in terms of operational risk management (such as enhancement of Control & Risk trainings and awareness sessions for H/R).
· Prepare ad-hoc reports (Business Continuity Plan, H/R Governance and Controls dashboard enhancements).
· The above tasks and responsibilities are the main areas of focus, but additional responsibilities might be forthcoming. The Candidate should be active in understanding the extent this role can still grow.
· The HR Operational Risk Analyst maintains the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information. Ensures that deliverables meet or exceed individual objectives. Support HR COO teams and other HR stakeholders to align with operational strategies.

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, Excel and Power Point)
· Knowledge of HR processes
· Knowledge of the banking industry
· Analytical and project management skills a plus
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training
