Radish is a cooperative startup that is developing the world's most efficient delivery network. Whether it's shoes for mum, flowers for dad or litter for Mittens, our aim is to be the fastest, greenest and most affordable delivery solution available. We're looking for an operations manager to help grow and streamline our delivery operations.

Salary: $55,000.00-$68,000.00 per year + 0.2% equity

Responsibilities:

• Be involved in the coordination all aspects of the delivery process, including scheduling, workforce management and order tracking.
• Recruit delivery drivers and train them on best delivery practices.
• Work closely with our drivers to ensure optimal and friendly delivery for our customers.
• Assist in the management of warehouse and our vehicle fleet.
• Undertake deliveries during peak periods and as a backup driver.
• Monitor delivery performance and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist with customer complaints or delivery related issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and recruit potential restaurant members.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new business clients and answer questions, including account creation placing deliveries.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a prior operations role.
• Must have own car, appropriate insurance, and cellphone with data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (French is desired) .
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to carry reasonably heavy loads (~25kg) for short distances.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or similar analytical platforms (e.g. Airtable).
• Attention to detail and a healthy obsession with customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record. (Ability to drive a van is desired).
