Job Description

Professional Staffing has partnered with our Leduc, AB based client to identify a Payroll Administrator for an immediate 2-3 month contract opportunity. Based in the Nisku/Leduc office, the Payroll Administrator will be processing full cycle payroll for a medium sized payroll. Responsibilities:

  • In house Full cycle payroll, end to end, bi-weekly for hourly, salary and casual employees
  • Payroll remittances
  • Benefits and Pension administration
  • Timesheet reconciliation
  • Monthly reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts and remittances, year end


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle payroll
  • Experience with a large payroll - 300+ employee headcount
  • PCP designation is a must-have
  • Strong HRIS/Payroll system experience such as UKG, WorkDay, SAP Successfactors
  • Ability to commute to Nisku - no transit available
