You will be joining a private Real Estate Investment and Property Management company that specializes in owning and managing market - leading heritage office properties within Toronto. They oversee every aspect of their buildings, from construction and design to property management.

Your new role

As the Building Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of a building's systems. This includes managing maintenance and cleaning staff, ensuring safety regulations are followed, responding to emergency calls, and maintaining the building's esthetics. Handle tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep to ensure the building remains functional and safe for occupants.

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years' experience in commercial building operations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good attitude and team player.
