Senior Business Analyst - FX Tech Programs

Botsford Associates is looking for a Senior BA/Consultant to join our team in support of FX Technology based programs with our financial clients. In this role you will work on mostly back-office related programs but also tech centric initiatives as well (SSO Auth, Data Migrations, Settlements programs etc...) and will act as a SME in the trade lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced BA or PM/BA hybrid who can work closely with stakeholders from business, front-office, technology and other impacted teams to gather requirements, run stakeholder meetings and operate as a right-hand SME to the Director of the portfolio.

• Required Skills: Previous experience working on Capital Markets programs as a Senior BA/BSA with a preference for individuals that understand the FX/MM trade lifecycle (or as a secondary option, other OTC Derivatives products)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to gather and document business, system and technical requirements and translate as required
• Comfortable doing UAT
• Technical skills with SQL would be a major asset: ability to query DB, map and test data etc...
