Join Our Team as a Weekend On-Call RN!

At ACG Hospice, we prioritize the meaningful connections you build with patients and their families. As a Weekend On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop tailored care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members.
  • Lead the care team to ensure every patient receives quality care.
  • Provide assistance on weekends from 5 PM Friday to 8 AM Monday, with opportunities for additional shifts.
  • Respond to patients as needed during on-call hours.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for serving patients and families and commitment to quality care
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license
  • Experience: 2+ years in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to manage physical tasks such as lifting and moving patients
