24 Hour Call: $3500 ( Gratis 8 hours)

Clinic: 8a-4p
Call:24 hours 8a-8a , 1 in 6 offsite

Submission Requirements: Must meet ALL Submission Requirement in Order to Submit!

• Board Certification REQUIRED (Can accept Board Eligible)
• WA State License ONLY (Due to Expedited Credentialing)- REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice (This is a MUST Due to Expedited Credentialing) - PREFERRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED (Will not accept candidates that cannot work specified dates-Week of 11/25, 12/30, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31)
• Availability for Specific dates and black out dates - REQUIRED
• Must list # of shifts provider is available to offer/month & if availability is shared between assignments - REQUIRED
• Certifications: BLS, DEA: REQUIRED

Position Description:

• Setting: clinic/call
• Duties: general urology care in clinic and on call, need a bread and butter urologist for routine care
• Required Procedures: bread and butter urology, robot available
• Patients per day/volume: 20-25 pts per day
• Number of surgeries: 20-30/month
• Robotics? yes
• Call Volume (consults vs callback): 20% consults, 80% callback
• Admissions: Hospitalist team present
• Rounding: Locum will round
• EMR: Epic
