Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney for a remote position in California. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including contract disputes, business litigation, and personal injury cases. You will represent clients in all stages of litigation, from discovery to trial, and provide strategic legal counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including drafting legal documents and managing case strategy.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediation.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with opposing counsel.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and meet all deadlines.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and active California bar license.
• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience.
