This position will be directly under the supervision of the Client Care Manager.
Not only will this person Administer Medication, but they will also be responsible for the set up and the documentation prior to the administering of the medication. They are responsible for checking medication supply routinely to ensure adequate amount for administration not only on prescribed but also PRNs.
Must routinely monitor the medication orders in the EMR against the resident's medication container to ensure accuracy and eliminate a dosage error.
