n- Monday through Friday
n- Full Time
n- 6:30am-2:00pm

Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include:
n
n- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with the patient's needs
n- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
n- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to our RN
n- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
n- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
n- Medication Management

Job Requirements
n
Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) requirements include:
n
n- Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) active license in the State of North Carolina
n- Current CPR Certification
n- Pediatric experience preferred
n- One (1) year of experience in healthcare; home care, home health, hospital, and/or long-term care environment (preferred)
n- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
