We are seeking Overnight or Weekend Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RNs) to join our team.

About the Role

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, a Care Options for Kids company, is looking for compassionate and dedicated pediatric nurses to provide 1:1 care in the home environment. Our nurses work autonomously, establishing strong bonds with the families they care for while receiving 24/7 support and on-demand clinical resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from the clinical team and adhering to the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN/RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
