What you would be doing: The Charge Nurse plays a key role at The Orchards and more importantly in the lives of our residents and their family members by providing, coordinating, and managing nursing care and health education for our residents. Equally important, the nurse acts as a coach and role model for our nursing assistants by providing direction, best practices, and leading problem solving on daily care concerns.
What your work schedule would be: We offer 8 hour shifts to best meet the needs of your personal commitments and those of our residents.
The successful candidate: - must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
