Job Responsibilities

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments such as G-tube, tracheostomy care, ventilation, and seizure assessment

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card obtained in-person
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent or willingness to train
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test
