Annam Cafe is a quick-service Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Midtown, New York. Our focus is on serving fresh, flavorful Vietnamese dishes with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for passionate and hardworking Back of House team members to join our dynamic kitchen crew.

Responsibilities:
Prep Cook / Line Cook
- Prepare ingredients and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety regulations and ensure all kitchen practices meet NYC standards.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Dishwasher/Porter
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, dining room, including workstations, counters, and floors.
Kitchen Assistant
- Support with food prep, ingredient stocking, and maintaining inventory.
- Assist cooks in setting up and organizing kitchen stations.
- Help maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen setting (preferred, but not required).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and maintain high food safety standards.
