Two Michelin Starred Aquavit Restaurant seeks Dining Room Manager to oversee restaurant service. Candidate must be well versed in proper service, possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage and be able to provide pristine hospitality to our guests. In addition, candidate must have solid managerial skill set including strong leadership, problem solving skills and implementation and execution of well planned procedures and protocols with a strong passion for training, staff education and motivation.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to put their vast restaurant experience to use by facilitating and coordinating service standards within a fine dining restaurant setting. Prior experience in a NY Times 2-3 star rated restaurant or Michelin starred restaurant a plus.
