De La Nonna, one of LA's most popular pizza anchored italian restaurants is open in The Arts District, DTLA and busy! We are expanding our team, and hope to meet some of the city's most passionate and goal oriented line cooks.

Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items. This includes stocking product, being responsible for your station as well as assiting your team mates when their station is busy. We are an "all hands on deck" style team working in an open kitchen. We cross train, make salads, have a raw bar, do specials nightly, and make a ton of focaccia based pizza.
