We’re seeking a future team member in the role of ServiceNow Developer to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) - Service Management Team within Production Services. This role is in Pittsburgh or Lake Mary, FL, Hybrid.
n
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
n
n - Develop across the full stack of Web technologies - Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML and CSS
n - Work in a Scrum-based, Agile development process that is light on documentation and meetings and heavy on coding
n - Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team
n - Configure the Application UI and workflows
n - Develop required integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) with multiple HR systems
n - Attend and participate in Scrum meetings
n - Assist with user acceptance testing
n - Ensure that management receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication
n - Contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
n
n - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
n - JavaScript proficiency
n - Knowledge of ITIL
n - Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment
n - Active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational)
n - Other optional qualifications:n
n - ServiceNow Accreditations in all product lines
n - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
n - Proven experience in one additional product line outside of ITSM
n - Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies
n - Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum (ITBM) methodology
