If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.nnThe Integrated Air and Missile Defense Systems (IAMDS) Department is looking for a Systems Engineering Lead for the NASAMS Product-Line with the technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class Air and Missile Defense Systems. The IAMDS Department supports Raytheon by providing world class Weapon Systems Engineering. Domain Expertise includes Radar Systems, Effector Systems, Battle Management, Command and Control, Network Design, Battlespace Integration and Interoperability for Domestic and International customers. In our experience, diversity of talent and thought is what drives innovation, and we are looking for motivated engineers who will be responsible for performing Systems Engineering studies and trades, supporting System Requirements definition and analysis, algorithm development, integration, test and evaluation.nnResponsibilities to Anticipate:nnEngage with a variety of Customers (USG, Foreign Defense Ministries (DCS), and international Industry Partners)nnProvide technical and managerial oversight for the execution of program and product-line efforts (development and production)nnCollaborate with other IPT leads from the various functions and productsnnSupport Internal Research and Development for future capability upgradesnnSupport Internal and External Program and Design ReviewsnnSystem integration and test support, including live fire test eventsnnFunctional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded systemnnMulti-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense SystemnnCollaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighternnQualifications You Must Have:nn5+ years of experience in Air Defense System, Systems Engineering production or developmentnnTypically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.nnThe ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
