DescriptionnnThis Senior Application Project/Program Manager will be leading multiple project managers and manage a complex portfolio of projects over the course of a 2 year program. There are 2 phases of this program, lift and shifting legacy apps into a firewalled compartment and then hardening the security. This will include refactoring applications and will also include tech stack upgrades as part of application transformation, upgrades and remediations.nnRequirements/Qualifications needed:nn• On-Premise Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Zone Migration Phase 1 & 2 (forklift legacy apps into firewalled compartments, then harden)nn• Background of major application uplifts and transformationsnn• Capability to lead multiple project managers and manage a complex portfolio of projects over the course of a 2 year programnn• 10+ years of project and program management experience + experience with program budgets ranging from $5m - 15mnn• Experience leading tech stack upgrades as a part of application transformation, upgrades and remediations including familiarity with infrastructure components (hybrid cloud, firewalls, load balancers, etc.). Must have the remediation background .nn• Familiarity with leading a program based on agile project teams that work with other teams that are not yet using agile methodologies.nn• Strengths in dealing with ambiguity, organizational agility, and executive presence/communicationsnn• Standard Program Management CompetenciesnnSkills Needed:nnPMP certification required, Legacy application uplifts / transformations, migration experience, program management, Application transformation, Tech Stack Upgrades, PMP, ms project, excel, sharepoint, resource management, Remediation backgroundnnAdditional Skills & Qualifications:nnThe selected candidates will ensure their streams are tied together and will coordinate all resources to achieve the overall goals abovennCandidate MUST HAVE soft skills as well as knowledge of the technologies involved.
