Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and Sterilize : Set up operating rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized to perfection.
- Assist Surgeons : Provide hands-on support during surgeries, handing off instruments and supplies with precision.
- Maintain Safety : Keep a sterile field to protect patients and prevent infections.
- Manage Inventory : Oversee surgical supplies, ensuring everything is ready when needed.
- Collaborate Closely : Work side-by-side with the surgical team, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth operations.
- Adhere to Protocols : Follow strict safety and infection control guidelines.
Qualifications: - Licensure : Colorado Surgical Technologist license or the ability to obtain it before your start date (required).
- Certification : Basic Life Support certification (required).
- Experience : 4+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist (strongly preferred).
