Concordia at Cabot, the birthplace and headquarters of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, has one of the broadest networks of senior- and healthcare-related services in the country, all in one location: retirement living, short-term rehabilitation, personal care, long-term nursing care, hospice care, outpatient physical therapy, adult day services, even child care. We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well!
Concordia Lutheran Ministries is thrilled to announce an exciting new initiative for nursing students at Butler County Community College: a Tuition Assistance Program. The program allows nursing students to complete the BC3 nursing program tuition-free, with the added bonus of a secure job at Concordia Lutheran Ministries upon graduation.
If you are currently in or planning on entering BC3's nursing program, you can apply for the Tuition Assistance Program through Concordia. If you're accepted, Concordia will pay the full cost of your tuition, and upon graduation you will have a job with Concordia for a certain amount of time (based on how long Concordia sponsors you). The program is a perfect "win-win" situation for you: you'll graduate debt-free with an exciting career in a dynamic field.
Any student entering their first or second year of BC3's Nursing Program can apply, so you must have met all BC3 criteria and been either accepted into the nursing program or in good standing if a current nursing student. Any Concordia employee working on pre-requisites to get into the nursing program can also apply!
You do not have to be an employee of Concordia to take advantage of our Tuition Assistance Program while you are in the nursing program. However, if you are looking to work while you're a student, you also have the option to work for Concordia in a casual capacity. We are always looing for compassionate food service workers, nursing assistants, C.N.A.s, etc., and with our flexible scheduling, you can ensure your studies still come first.
To learn more about our Tuition Assistance Program simply apply to this job posting and a member of our Human Resources team will reach out to you with more information! Even if you are already enrolled in your first or second year, you can still apply for the Tuition Assistance Program at any time.
