You will be responsible for cultivating and crafting the vision for the next generation product suite and leading the execution of that vision. You're an experienced UX Designer who continues to learn new techniques and follows trends in the industry. You will be responsible for the design of the end-to-end employee experience. While you will independently own multiple products/features at the same time and collaborate with other UX designers in the same team, connecting individual features to a holistic experience. UX Researchers and UX Writers will support you. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
