OverviewnnWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement SCM modules to optimize our operations.nnResponsibilitiesnnRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for SCM processes and reporting.nnSolution Design: Design and propose solutions within D365 F&O to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and scalability.nnImplementation: Lead stabilizing and adding new functionalities in modules including Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Production Control, Master Planning, and Procurement.nnTesting and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of implemented solutions.nnTraining and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the system including creating and maintaining user guides.nnContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.nnKeep updated on planned service outages and feature releases with Microsoft. Coordinate with the BSA, technical team and business stakeholders.nnSupport any audit and user security reporting requirements.nnContinuously look for opportunities to innovate, automate and bring efficiency to the platformnnCollaborate with other IT functional teams as needed (e.g. Infrastructure, Security, Change Management)nnQualificationsnnEducation: Bachelor’s degree Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.nnExperience: At least4 yearsof experience working as aBusiness Systems Analystor in a comparable role in addition to6 to 8 yearsof experience specifically focusing onDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), particularly withinSupply Chain Management (SCM) modules.nnTechnical Skills: Proficiency in D365 F&O, particularly in SCM modules. Experience with EDI, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing and understanding of user access and different license levels in F&O are highly desirable.nnAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.nnCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.nnProject Management: Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.nnPreferred Qualifications:nnCertifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in SCM or related areas.nnIndustry Experience: Experience in process manufacturing industry.nnSoft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.nnTravel Requirements: 10-15%nnDuring project implementation travel demand may varynnLocationUS-CA-Irvine | US-TX-Frisco | US-GA-ConyersnnJob ID 2024-20386
