Technicians will have the opportunity to work on the newest equipment in the industry.nnSalary range: $18-43. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.nnSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. With real-time information at your fingertips, you can determine the root cause and corrective action for each issue quickly, enabling you to work smarter, not harder.nnPractice safe job practices for repairing equipmentnnUse technology (laptops and tablets) comfortablynnField Mechanic: When required, travel to customer job sites to p erform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressorsnnTroubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations, and handle the repairsnnWork individually or with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sitesnnAssist in the training of lower level technicians as needednnMaintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basisnnAssist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & partsnnBe knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)nnYear-round company provided OEM trainingnnOther duties, assigned as needednnSkills & Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:nnMust own tools applicable to positionnnAdvanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of toolsnnExperience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairsnnExperience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematicsnnSuperior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skillsnnEducation and Experience:nnHigh School diploma, Trade school certificate preferrednnExperience in field service, maintenance and repair preferrednnValid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.nnPhysical Requirements:nnMust be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freelynnMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at timesnnField Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirementnnThis is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screennnEquipmentShare is an EOE M/F/D/V
