THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND

We’re looking for detail-oriented, team players to join our I.T. team as a Jr Systems Administrator. The Jr. Systems Administrator will be assigned projects relating to platform-based systems, troubleshoot, and act as an escalation point for technicians to resolve advanced and complex systems.

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

• Assists the IS Manager and members of the IT leadership team in the execution of projects
• Act as a senior escalation point for technicians on complex support issues
• Assists in the administration of office 365 infrastructure: OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Etc.
• Escalated Nextgen support, working with 3rd party vendors
• Oversees the onboarding/offboarding processes relating to accounts & equipment
• Oversees & maintains backup related systems
• Provides onsite support as needed at both clinical, ASC, and corporate offices
• Assist IS Manager and others in maintaining a strong security posture
• Travel to SVP locations and potential acquired locations is required as it relates to the needs of the organization
• Other duties may be reasonably assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field (IT, Computer Science, Networking)
• Network + • Office 365 Certification a plus •
• 1+ years network administration experience
• 1+ year systems administration experience
• 2-3 years in IT support
