What You’ll Do:

- Lead a high-performing team of engineers on groundbreaking projects that range from complex urban streetscapes to signature trail systems.

- Oversee every phase of project delivery, from concept and design through construction, ensuring quality, collaboration, and success.

- Manage client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and play a key role in the strategic growth of the company’s engineering practice.

- Inspire, mentor, and grow your team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.


What You Bring:

- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale roadway or multimodal projects.

-Professional Engineering license in MD (other Mid-Atlantic states is advantageous)

- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and on budget.

- Strong expertise in civil engineering disciplines, including roadway design, grading, drainage, and 3D modeling.

- Passion for mentoring and leading teams to success, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
