CULINAIRE is hiring an experienced and seasoned DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE to manage the operations at the Milwaukee Art Museum.

CULINAIRE provides upscale food and beverage management services to a very diverse collection of national accounts to include art centers, cultural landmarks, hotels, museums, performing art theaters, restaurants, and special event venues. A Few Main Position Responsibilities:

• Accountable for overall financial success of the operation
• Thorough understanding of the operations profits and loss (P&L) statement to determine weakness and strengths
• Completes monthly/weekly forecast for performance of operations for budget against plan
• Analyzes and initiates actions to improve product, company image and profitability
• Develops methods to improve the operations image, product and profitability
• Manages monthly audits of all food and beverage inventories
• Strategizes operational plans to maintain the required profitability margins
• Oversees that the quality of the food product meets the company’s expectations
• Manages the catered events to oversee the proper set up, staffing, management, and clean-up

Do you possess

• Five years of prior Director of Food and Beverage management experience
• College Degree, preferred
• Alcohol and Food Certification
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Exceptional client relationship building
• Conflict resolution experience
• Exceptional computer skills with hospitality platform knowledge
