About the Company: This is a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to join an entrepreneurial, fast-paced commercial real estate investment company. The employee will be charged with overseeing day-to-day operations of the properties held in portfolio and third-party client’s properties. The individual we are looking for is a self-starter who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has strong follow-up skills. The ideal candidate would have experience with leases, contracts, record-keeping, vendor management, and budgets. They must truly enjoy all aspects of property management and take pride in their role contributing to the success of the individual properties and the overall organization. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all property repairs and maintenance items with vendors
  • Manage and coordinate tenant communication and property site visits
  • Assist and oversee with tenant accounts receivable, annual CAM Reconciliations/Budgets, tenant and vendor insurances, monthly reports, and maintaining records
  • Assist with on-boarding of newly acquired and developed properties Implement best practices into the V 3 Capital Property Management platform
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience working in the real estate, legal, or finance industry – preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Exceptional organization skills and experience implementing organizational practices.
  • Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally with a variety of people including executives, consultants, and clients.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with legal documents, such as leases and contracts.
  • Yardi Breeze experience a plus.
