Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Sep Possibility to Extend
Preferred Schedule:
- Mon / Wed / Fri 8a-5p;
- Tues / Thurs. 9a-5p
Worksite Setting: PACE Program - Geriatrics / Older patient experience preferred; outpatient, acute care, clinic
Scope of Work:
- Patient physicals, health appraisals, physical evaluations,
- labwork, x-rays,
- consultations and referrals;
- immunizations,
- experience with older adults preferred;
- bilingual preferred (Spanish)
Licenses, Certifications,
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- State License,
- experience with computer based systems is required Electronic Medical Records exp. preferred
EMR: EPIC
Pay $130/hour
