Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP) in our Atlanta, Georgia office.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN? The HRBP will function as a strategic partner in supporting global business units through the execution of HR programs, policies, and practices so that quality objectives, deadlines, and business expectations are met successfully.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of business functions, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, along with being a strategic thinker. The noteworthy HR business partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.
You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
YOU WILL: - Strategic HR Leadership: in partnership with key stakeholders provide strategic oversight and leadership in the development and execution of HR programs that support the organization's objectives. This includes performance management, salary review, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Analytical Decision-Making: Translate workforce data into strategic insights that drive decision-making processes across all levels of leadership. Develop action plans focused on retention and organizational effectiveness.
- Cultivating Organizational Culture: Champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to nurture a positive employer-employee relationship, driving high levels of engagement, morale, and productivity. Partner with key stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives based on organizational culture insights
- Organizational Design and Effectiveness: Strategically guide organizational design and workforce planning initiatives. Provide insights on succession planning and structural reorganizations to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Project Management: Lead/join teams on cross-functional HR projects and initiatives that align with the annual HR strategic plan, driving both innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborative Staffing Strategies: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Resource Management teams to develop staffing strategies that ensure equitable and diverse hiring practices.
- Learning and Development: Partner with L&D to proactively identify and address training and coaching needs, enhancing the professional growth and development of employees across the organization.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as required, reflecting the evolving needs of the organization and the role.
- Consultation and Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering expert advice on a range of people related matters. Enhance leadership capability through targeted coaching and development interventions.
- Employee Relations Expertise: In partnership with the ER Manager, actively support and guide managers through the Employee Relations process, ensuring fairness and legal compliance in all actions.
- Regulatory and Compliance Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations ((including Federal and State laws, EEOC, ADA, OFCCP, EU and UK Labor law) to manage risks and ensure compliance at all federal and state levels. Liaise with the legal department as needed.
Technical Proficiency and Forward-Thinking:
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging HR information systems (e.g., Workday) to enhance HR operations and strategic decisions.
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of how technology, especially AI, can be utilized to improve HR functions and business outcomes.
- Forward-thinking, with an interest in technological trends and their implications for HR strategy and operations.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: - Bachelor's degree plus 5-8 years of generalist HR experience
- Extensive end-to-end project management experience
- International experience- USA, Europe &/or UK
- Strong business acumen skills
- Experience supporting a management consulting, advisory, or professional services firm required.
- Outstanding critical thinking skills required in addition to strong business acumen.
- Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, prioritize business demands, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to improve the execution of HR delivery through the analysis of trends and metrics.
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Demonstrated knowledge & proficiency with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools required.
- HR certification preferred.

- Experience of partnering with stakeholders at all levels, up to and including executives.
- Experience of managing end to end HR processes for complex and varied stakeholder groups.
