RAPP Detroit is looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art) to join our award-winning Creative team.

Part of Omnicom's Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

YOUR ROLE:

As an Associate Creative Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the creative direction for data-driven, personalized customer experiences at scale. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for guiding and supervising the creative effort of copywriters, art directors and designers, onshore, nearshore and offshore.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead creative development for CRM initiatives, including email campaigns, direct mail, and digital touchpoints
  • Partner with strategy, account, and analytics teams to ensure creative work aligns with client objectives and brand voice
  • Ensures creative compliance with Client's goals
  • Contributes to the development of long range creative strategies and campaigns with impact to new and existing clients
  • Work collaboratively with partners from other departments, including strategy and business teams
  • Lead, Inspire and mentor creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 7+ years of experience and an amazing portfolio, demonstrating your creative thinking across marketing channels. 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Superior knowledge of web design tools, programs, trends, and technologies
  • Eye for concept development and executions
  • Expert experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience with third-party pluggins like Emailify is a plus
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with ADA compliance and best practices for CRM channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and respond quickly as business factors shift
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client opportunities
  • Has a passion for doing great creative work

Our Hybrid Work Model:

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to Detroit and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
