O.C. Tanner is seeking a
Manager of Inside Sales to lead and manage our Inside Sales team, implement prospecting strategies, and drive revenue growth of the organization.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve prospecting and key success metrics.
- Develop innovative and effective prospecting strategies across market segments.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments, such as Strategic Solutions, Marketing, Outside Sales, global teams, and Sales Operations to align efforts and maximize account reach.
- Monitor and analyze team performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive team success.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members, delivering ongoing training to improve skills and overall performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with area Sales Leaders and promote a culture of excellence and trust.
- Interview and onboard new team members.
- Co-develop annual incentive statement; review and qualify team incentives.
- Own the lead process, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate routing, and adherence to global team selling policy.
- Lead out on prospecting and marketing automation tools; ensure efficient use of available tools and evaluate new ones.
- Prepare team performance and attainment reports for Sales Leadership.
- Accountable for team quota attainment.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales-related role; proven knowledge of early sales funnel, effective prospecting strategies, and success at driving revenue growth
- 2+ years of experience in a people-leader role; demonstrated ability building successful and collaborative teams
- Proficient with Salesforce
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines
