The Opportunity

This position is for an individual contributor responsible for providing contract management support on Federal contracts. You will review solicitations, proposals, bids, contracts, contract modifications, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontracting agreements. You will review contracts and proposals for compliance with internal policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations and laws, while supporting the Contracts Account Leads. You will be responsible for contract set up and maintenance in Deltek Costpoint. You will also develop and maintain strong working relationships with government contracting officers and internal stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the management of federal contracts from inception through close out
  • Responsible for the set up and maintenance of the contract module in Deltek Costpoint
  • Responsible for the RFP reviews for compliance and risk assessments
  • Responsible for reviewing contracts and proposals for federal and internal policy compliance
  • Work closely with internal general counsel office on legal issues and concerns
  • Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), and Requests for Proposals
  • Help to identify contractual risks and issues, provide solutions and recommend actions
  • Develop and integrate contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for engagements
  • Coordinate with Finance to maintain proper contract value, funded value, timekeeping, billing, and any other financial requirements are in compliance with internal policies and Government requirements

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2+ years of Federal Contract Management
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of contract concepts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $64,200 to $116,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $77,000 to $132,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
