Position Overview: Siemens Mobility Customer Service is seeking to fill a Project Manager Coordinator in Marion, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Customer Service Rail Infrastructure business and to support our customers for the Siemens and 3rd party End of Train (EoT) devices. The coordinator will work directly with our customer to properly manage inventory of this component across multiple sites in both USA and Canada. The coordinator will be responsible for all contract deliverables, performance and financial targets. This role will coordinate. What your day-to-day will look like:- Lead and Implement EOTs Service Contract
- Track Reliability of EOTs and develop reliability plan
- Create FRA inspection plan
- Create RMAs and coordinate repair of both Siemens and 3rd Party EOTS.
- Meet Daily with Customer to provide status and daily action plan.
- Calculate Performance against contractual KPIs.
- Develop and created monthly reporting and lead customer meetings
- Work directly with Siemens Repair Facility on repair status and progress.
- Track and Reduce Customer Foreign EOT Usage.
- Work with and coordinate with Siemens RI group on EOT issues and updates
To thrive in this role, you have:- High school diploma or GED,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Rail Infrastructure, project management or product business,
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks,
- Advanced English proficiency for reading and comprehending written instructions and effective verbal communication,
- Experience with SAP or similar MRP system,
- Setting you apart from others would be Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical subject area with customer service experience to effectively interact with team members and vendors.
