Job Summary:

The Director of Digital Marketing will report to the VP of Marketing and is responsible for supporting the company's digital marketing strategy and goals, including training Brand Managers and Digital Marketing Specialists on developing and implementing plans to effectively and efficiently increase brand awareness and promote products profitably.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Planning: Work with Brand Managers to create an annual digital marketing strategy, including a calendar of campaigns and events.
  • Research: Analyze the market, competitors, target audience, and current DTC marketing trends in order to inform strategy, priorities, and execution.
  • Budgeting: Work effectively and efficiently within set guardrails to ensure that spending is profitable and drives business goals.
  • Campaign development: Work with Brand Managers to give direction and feedback to Digital Marketing Specialists on DTC campaign strategy and content.
  • Team leadership: Help train members of the marketing team and monitor the campaign's performance.
  • Reporting: Analyze the results of campaigns and compile reports for leadership and executive teams.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans and with creative teams to refine digital advertising messages and content.
  • Communication: Hold meetings with various departments and outside agencies to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
