Overview
The Organizational Development Manager provides support and value to the business by managing the employee engagement program, supporting company succession planning initiatives, designing & managing collection & distribution of Kirkpatrick data, providing consultation to leaders as needed on a variety of L&OD topics, serving as coach to critical members of the organization, providing assessment feedback and being a contributing voice on both L&OD and larger HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Program Management
• Create and manage project plan for administration of survey and actioning of results
• Partner with Vendor to execute annual contract and make all preparations for administration of survey
• Create and execute communication plan related to phases of survey cycle
• Receive and analyze company results, providing overview to HR management
• Train managers and Engagement Action Teams regarding engagement concepts and actioning results
• Provide consulting services throughout the year to Executives, results owners and action teams
• Perform after project review. Make recommendations to HR leadership for improvements for next cycle
• Remain abreast of industry best practices and make strategic recommendations for changes to EE approach
Coaching
• Deliver coaching sessions in accordance with International Coach Federation standards and ethics
• Participate in coaching debrief sessions with AVP of L&OD to receive and provide feedback and support
• Partner with VP of L&OD to create, maintain and continuously improve Bayview Coaching Program
• Follow all Bayview Coaching Program processes in determining coaching client priority, engaging in ongoing coaching relationships and assessing client needs and progress
Assessments
• Curate relevant assessment tools and manage updates and ongoing certification requirements
• Recommend appropriate assessment tools for individual situations
• Provide report interpretation and feedback delivery of assessments
• Develop internal assessments as needed
• Identify and track skill gaps found within assessment result data
• Provide reports as needed regarding assessment usage and skill gaps
Development Planning/Succession Planning
• Manage and execute development plan components of DevelopU curricula
• Manage and execute gap analysis and development component of company succession planning program
• Partner with HR Strategic Business Partners throughout the talent mapping and succession planning process.
L&OD Workflow & Data
• Act as L&OD point person on system workflow designs (SharePoint, People Assist, etc.). Engage with system build team as L&OD workflow SME. Educate and share information with other L&OD team members as needed
• Provide recommendations, deliverables and some ownership for ROI collection
Other
• Provide support on additional OD projects as needed
• Provide input on existing/future programs as part of the solution-focused Leadership and OD Team
• Other duties as requested

• Ability to build rapport with business leaders/employees
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concerns, questions to employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of employee engagement program experience or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of succession planning experience or equivalent education and experience
• Completion of a coach training program
• Previous exposure to leadership assessment tools
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATION
• Completion of Kirkpatrick certification or equivalent education and experience
• Certification in the use and delivery of one or more assessments preferred
