OverviewTechnical TrainerTravel: 50%Compensation: $75-95K First Year with Excellent Benefits PackageWe are looking for a skilled instructor with a technical background to train customers on our equipment. You will work with machine tools and laser technology, covering operation, maintenance, and programming.
Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation, maintenance, and programming of industrial equipment.
- Assess and enhance existing curriculum to boost customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team on webinars and updates.
- Travel to customer sites in the US and internationally for training and research purposes.
- Maintain records of training schedules and personnel trained.
- Engage in projects, Continuous Improvement, and SYNCHRO activities.
Qualifications:- Technical background with the ability to understand blueprints and schematics.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred (Not Required):- 2-year technical school degree in Engineering or equivalent education/work experience.
- Experience in training and field service.
