Background / Experience

Strong track record of multi - unit / regional level management experience

Ability to manage at multiple levels and able to adjust equally from strategic to hands-on

Ideal candidate has background from flooring industry or ancillary construction/building materials/finishes industry

Communication

Effective communicator with large audiences, smaller groups and 1 on 1

Skilled with use of various platforms for communication:
  • Organizing and orchestrating meetings with large and small groups
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Drives uniformity across the branches
  • Responsible for utilizing ISR's to make cold calls, follow up on inactive accounts
  • Assigns incoming leads to showroom personnel for follow up and action plans
  • Creates National Programs to be used across branches
  • Conference calls and virtual mediums
  • Local level - on the ground
  • One on one

Capable of gaining rapport with partners at all levels

Attentive listener; Engaging, able to interpret and read between the lines

Work with OSR to promote showroom aspirational experience
