Position at New Pig Corporation

The Digital Marketing Program Manager (DMPM) will actively manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, prioritization and communications across digital marketing and cross-functional teams, as well as stakeholders in other areas of the organization.

The DMPM will be aware of all projects that involves digital marketing and serve as the focal point for all project communications. All projects will be meticulously tracked by the DMPM utilizing project management tools. The DMPM will facilitate all collaborations as well as provide regular communications to all stakeholders, including leadership teams.

The Digital Marketing Program Manager will build and motivate teams as well as assign and monitor work. The DMPM is responsible for ensuring the team maintains clear priorities and will proactively review progress, and diagnose and escalate issues and risks. The DMPM will utilize agile methodologies to ensure project accuracy, organization and timeliness.

Multiple projects are active simultaneously and range from daily digital marketing activities to large technological implementations.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand project objectives and project goals and articulate them clearly
  • Be accountable for projects being completed on time and without errors
  • Organize, prioritize, and track work at both campaign and project levels
  • Set clear expectations for workflows, timing, and communication to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and hold tension on deliverables
  • Prioritize tasks and align team efforts to optimize resources
  • Conduct regular project meetings and maintain proactive communication with the project team
  • Lead kickoffs and strategy meetings, spearheading project decisions and direction
  • Gather requirements, assets and content from stakeholders and other teams
  • Create necessary documentation and project plans
  • Create and manage project tickets
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Implement and maintain project management and agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and reduce project timelines
  • Continuously develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency
  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests, escalating as necessary
  • Understand marketing, web data, and analytics and support the development of dashboards and readouts
  • Adhere to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing projects in the digital space
  • Solid understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Project Management Software and Tools, Digital Analytics
  • Excellent relationship, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
  • Experience in building and leading teams towards the accomplishment of business goals and objectives
  • Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities
  • Ability to multitask, juggle priorities and tackle urgent work when needed
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and thorough work
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Analytics reporting and data analysis experience
  • Experience in Digital Marketing preferred (SEM, SEO, Email, Social, Marketing Automation, User Experience, Conversion Optimization, Analytics)
