ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Enhancement and Optimization Manager of Business Excellence is responsible for the following enterprise-wide functions:
- Identify and manage business process improvements needed to work in conjunction with Oracle capabilities
- Documentation of Improved Business Process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Mange communication, training, and tracking of successful adoption of improved business processes/SOPs
- Identify and manage Oracle enhancement opportunities for process efficiencies
- Implement and prioritize Oracle enhancement opportunities for process efficiencies
- Manage communication, training, and tracking of successful adoption of Oracle enhancements
DELIVERABLES & RESPONSIBILITIESProcess Improvements and Enhancements: - Evaluate and enhance existing business processes and integration of those business processes with Oracle platform to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams consisting of Helix and Business resources to design and implement process optimization initiatives.
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are: - Bachelor's degree preferred with Oracle implementation experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
- Proactive Problem Solver who demonstrates a proactive approach by effectively understanding various scenarios, asking insightful questions, and developing appropriate resolutions.
- Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven leadership in process optimization and enhancements.
