Business Development / Clinical Liaison. What does a Clinical Liaison at Landmark Hospitals do? In this role, Clinical Liaisons use strategic business planning, community outreach, and analytical skills to drive patient referrals and admissions to our facility. Clinical Liaisons identify and increase market share through research, networking, and working the referral sources. The Clinical Liaisons support the comprehensive health needs of patients and families through a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy to promote quality and cost-effective outcomes. This position is responsible for proactively initiating new client partnerships and cultivating durable relationships with prospective clients while maintaining collaborative relationships with key referral sources. Clinical Liaisons assist with clinical assessments to determine the appropriate level of care. Liaisons spend a significant amount of time providing insights and education to referring partners on the services and benefits of LTACH placements and programs as they coordinate patient referrals through admissions.

Requirements for Clinical Liaison / Business Development Specialist- Professional Healthcare License (RN, LPN, RT, PT, OT, etc) - preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in Healthcare
- Possess the ability to influence and provide appropriate clinical evaluation and input regarding patients
- Sales/Business Development strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Able to travel (by car) extensively within the market
