Job Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in immigration law, with a specific focus on business immigration, EB-1, EB2 NIW green cards, and EB-5. This position demands a high level of legal writing and documentation skills, litigation experience, and the ability to provide sound legal advice. The successful candidate will have a passion for immigration law, a deep understanding of the legal process, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to business immigration, EB-1, EB2 NIW green cards, and EB-5.
2. Draft, review, and file complex and routine immigration petitions and applications.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and interviews related to immigration.
4. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in immigration law and procedure.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on case progress.
7. Collaborate with legal team to develop and implement best strategies for successful case outcomes.
8. Manage a high-volume caseload while ensuring all deadlines are met and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to a State Bar (any U.S. jurisdiction).
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Immigration Attorney with a focus on business immigration, EB-1, EB2 NIW green cards, and EB-5.
4. Proven experience in legal writing and documentation.
5. Extensive litigation experience, with a strong record of successful outcomes.
6. In-depth knowledge of immigration law and procedure.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to handle high volume caseloads and meet tight deadlines.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
11. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
