SCHEDULE:

• Early morning start times between 1 am - 6 am based on route assignments.
• Schedules may include weekends.
• Routes might alternate weekly.
• Routes cover multiple yards, including the Woodburn Distribution Center.
• Commute times will vary based on assigned routes.

COMPENSATION: The expected base pay for this role is between $29.41 and $32.68 per hour, with overtime compensation available depending on applicable circumstances.

Main Ingredients of the Role: As a Delivery Driver, you are crucial to our operations and will interact with our customers while delivering a variety of products. Your efforts are vital to our success, reflecting our cultural values and commitment to service.

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver orders on schedule, ensuring productivity.
• Unload products manually and place them in designated areas.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds frequently.
• Adapt to varied weather conditions while delivering.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers.
• Handle cash transactions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A license required with the necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with appropriate endorsements.
• No more than two traffic violations in the last two years; no DUI convictions in the past three years; no driver's license suspensions in the past three years.
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience required, or three months in the food and beverage delivery industry.
• Must pass a DOT physical examination.
