What You’ll Do

? Lead all daily operations to ensure a smooth, seamless, and exceptional guest experience.

? Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing front and back-of-house team that embodies our values.

? Develop systems and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence from day one.

? Cultivate a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.

? Drive business goals, including revenue growth, cost management, and guest satisfaction.

? Partner with ownership and leadership to shape the restaurant’s success, from pre-opening to ongoing operations.

What You Bring to the Table

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within upscale, high-volume dining.

? A deep understanding of restaurant operations, team development, and guest service excellence.

Strategic thinking with exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
