As we prepare for our grand opening in April 2025 , we’re seeking an Executive Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen with expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef with a passion for growth, who is eager to develop their skills and advance to a Chef de Cuisine role.

What You’ll Do

? Lead the kitchen team ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

? Help develop, implement, and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.

? Foster a culture of mentorship, guiding the team to achieve excellence in both skill and attitude. A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with both FOH and BOH teams is essential to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

? Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate and refine the menu, ensuring each dish reflects our mission to create unforgettable dining experiences.

? Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization to ensure seamless daily operations.

What You Bring to the Table

? Significant experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.

? A deep understanding of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and team leadership.

A natural leader with the ability to motivate, train, and elevate the kitchen team.

A passion for food, a relentless pursuit of perfection, and a dedication to providing memorable culinary experiences.
