Registered Behavior Technician Certification is required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements. Your Responsibilities: Your daily tasks will include providing in-home therapy for children, building meaningful connections with clients and their families, documenting therapy sessions, and maintaining open communication with supervisors. Additionally, you'll participate in supervision meetings and complete the necessary training to obtain your RBT certification within 45 days.
